A 3D project for Panerai, created for the Steel line in 2023. We built the film around the Submersible, a steel case with a white dial and a brushed bezel, shown at 300m/1000ft. The straps lead the visual language. Black, white, red, yellow, turquoise, orange, olive green and blue rubber bands fan out in a tight stack, drift around the watch and settle into a ring of buckles. Against a deep navy backdrop, the saturated colors sit next to the cool, matte steel. The camera moves from wide compositions to close views of the dial, then to the lume, where green and blue light switches on in the hands and markers. CGI, art direction and motion work together to keep the pace measured and the details legible.
